Paralympic gold medallist and performance specialist, Danny Crates understands what it truly takes to deliver when it matters most. Because in high-performance environments, success isn’t defined by the result alone, it’s built on the quality of the performance that produces it.
Danny learnt that lesson the hard way, losing gold by a quarter of a second at the Sydney Paralympic Games, and then seeing his 12-year career come down to 1 minute 57 seconds of execution to win gold in Athens 2004, a journey shaped by rebuilding, adapting and performing under pressure.
